The balloon never flies under conditions that might present the slightest risk. Winds must be within permissible limits for safe flight with no threat of rain, fog, or impending precipitation, or any other condition the Pilot determines to render the flight unsafe. We hold strictly to these parameters; safety will not be compromised.

Flights may be canceled and need to be rescheduled many times due to unacceptable hot air ballooning weather or conditions beyond our control. If your flight is postponed due to weather, we will reschedule you for the first available date for both of us.
